Craig Sweeney is Executive Vice President, Global Strategic Talent Solutions, at WilsonHCG. He leads our new client development across North America, as well as the EMEA, APAC and LATAM regions.
He spends a lot of time consulting with clients and works alongside his team of regional experts to develop proactive talent solutions to ensure customers have diverse and passionate people to support their business goals.
Ken Bowles is Chief Financial Officer and is responsible for managing WilsonHCG’s financial growth and oversees accounting, finance, forecasting, and private and institutional financing.
He has more than 20 years’ experience in corporate leadership and finance. He joins WilsonHCG from Florida-based technology firm, Tribridge, where he served as CFO. Ken previously spent 15 years at GE where he held numerous roles across commercial finance, supply chain, financial planning and analysis, as well as M&A.
As Executive Vice President and General Counsel, Marisol Hughes oversees key administrative functions, including legal affairs and compliance globally for WilsonHCG, its subsidiaries, and affiliates. Serving as the company’s chief legal advisor, she is responsible for corporate strategic and tactical legal initiatives including regulatory compliance and governance, navigation of mergers and acquisitions, supporting new market entry and expansion, global risk mitigation, and advising on company strategies and their implementation.
Lesley joined WilsonHCG in 2008 in a recruitment delivery leadership role before progressing through the ranks to reach Vice President, Talent Operations, EMEA. In 2019, she was promoted again, to Senior Vice President, Talent Operations, EMEA.
As Director of Executive Operations, Nicky Newman oversees the day-to-day operational activities at WilsonHCG. She is responsible for business development and manages the office administration and IT support functions. Nicky also reviews and streamlines processes to maximize efficiencies across the organization.
Andrew is based in Profile’s head office in Hong Kong. He manages the broader business and leads Profile’s financial services practice across Asia.
He has 24 years of executive search experience. Before Andrew established Profile in 2005, he worked at a top UK executive search firm in Hong Kong and was responsible for the overall management of the financial services and legal teams, and the recruitment of senior-level executives across financial services. Prior to moving to Hong Kong, Andrew spent four years at a search firm in London, starting his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Richard, who is based in Hong Kong, manages the broader business and leads Profile’s human resources practice across Asia.
He has 26 years of executive search experience. Prior to launching Profile in 2005, Richard worked at a leading executive search firm in London, Hong Kong, and Australia, focusing on both the accounting and human resources divisions of the business. He started his career as an accountant, first at Arthur Andersen and then with Credit Suisse First Boston in London.
Bobby Kelly is a partner at CIP Capital and has a broad range of experience with private equity transactions across the business services, consumer and leisure sectors.
His former roles include a Principal with DLJ Merchant Banking Partners, working in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group at UBS Investment Bank, and Director of RevSpring and CoAdvantage.
Daniel Lee is Vice President at CIP Capital and experience in investments in manufacturing, distribution and service businesses in a wide range of end markets, including industrial, consumer and healthcare.
His former roles include Vice President at Windjammer Capital and Associate at Summer Street Capital and an Analyst in Citigroup’s Power & Utilities Group.
