John Wilson is the founder and CEO of WilsonHCG. He has spent more than a decade building WilsonHCG into the premier global RPO provider. John is redefining the RPO model, with a strong focus on building better companies and improving the bottom line through customizable recruitment services and value-added services. This revolutionary approach has allowed John to develop WilsonHCG into a true partner for clients’ talent acquisition programs.
Kim Pope is Chief Operating Officer at WilsonHCG. She leads the global delivery team to develop solutions to help WilsonHCG’s clients create proactive talent acquisition strategies that fuel growth and innovation.
Ken Bowles is Chief Financial Officer and is responsible for managing WilsonHCG’s financial growth and oversees accounting, finance, forecasting, and private and institutional financing.
He has more than 20 years’ experience in corporate leadership and finance. He joins WilsonHCG from Florida-based technology firm, Tribridge, where he served as CFO. Ken previously spent 15 years at GE where he held numerous roles across commercial finance, supply chain, financial planning and analysis, as well as M&A.
As Executive Vice President and General Counsel, Marisol Hughes oversees key administrative functions, including legal affairs and compliance globally for WilsonHCG, its subsidiaries, and affiliates. Serving as the company’s chief legal advisor, she is responsible for corporate strategic and tactical legal initiatives including regulatory compliance and governance, navigation of mergers and acquisitions, supporting new market entry and expansion, global risk mitigation, and advising on company strategies and their implementation. Marisol has a breadth of experience in corporate law, employment discrimination law, compliance, and civil litigation, in both the public and private sectors. Marisol is also WilsonHCG’s Diversity Lead and is committed to expanding and improving diversity, inclusion, and equity at WilsonHCG and beyond.
Craig Sweeney is Senior Vice President, Global Strategic Talent Solutions, at WilsonHCG. He leads our new client development across North America, as well as the EMEA, APAC and LATAM regions.
He spends a lot of time consulting with clients and works alongside his team of regional experts to develop proactive talent solutions to ensure customers have diverse and passionate people to support their business goals.
As Chief Technology Officer (CTO), Gary is responsible for WilsonHCG’s technology vision and strategic direction. He ensures WilsonHCG remains on the forefront of an ever changing and increasingly complex HR technology market, delivering solutions that allow our teams and clients to identify, attract and recruit exceptional talent.
