Alicia O'Brien (she/her) is SVP of Innovation, Consulting, & Customer Success at WilsonHCG. With over a decade of experience in building talent acquisition teams and leading recruitment strategy projects of many shapes and sizes, she is responsible for the growth and development of innovation at WilsonHCG and its global client base.

In her role, Alicia’s main aim is to add value to client partnerships through thought leadership and by providing forward-thinking solutions to challenges in the talent space. She ensures WilsonHCG services and advisory focuses are always one step ahead of the market.

Alicia, who is based at the group's global headquarters in Tampa, has played an instrumental role in developing WilsonHCG into a disruptive global leader of RPO and talent solutions. A regular media commentator, she also speaks at industry events all over the world.

Alicia has been recognized with several industry awards throughout her career including being named to the Staffing Industry Analysts’ 40 under 40 list and a 2022 Tampa Bay Business Journal BusinessWoman of the Year honoree.
