We’re committed to minimizing our impact on the environment for the safety and health of everyone. From setting sustainability goals to leasing office spaces that meet strict energy efficiency criteria, it’s our priority to do our part to preserve the environment — while helping clients and vendors do the same..

Our goals include:
  • 50% of our supply chain committed to carbon neutrality by 2030
  • 5% reduction in scope 2 and scope 3 emissions by 2023
  • Assessing the environmental impact of any new processes or products we intend to introduce or advance

Community outreach

WilsonHCG continues to seek new, innovative ways to support and serve the communities we operate in. Whether it’s volunteering through our annual company “Day to Give Back” program or donating to charities, our people are encouraged to put time toward causes they’re passionate about.

Our initiatives include:
  • Encouraging employees to volunteer through our “Wilson Helping Hands Committee” which allows individuals to give back to their communities with fellow local team members
  • Identifying new charities to donate to annually
  • Strengthening and expanding our community partnership programs

Corporate governance

Respect for human rights is one of WilsonHCG’s fundamental values (we are a company of people, after all). That’s why we always strive to respect and uphold the freedom and rights or our employees, clients and vendors.

  • Upholding UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights with our employees and suppliers
  • Prohibiting forced labor of any kind, including all forms of modern-day slavery or human trafficking
  • Continuously reviewing and updating policies and procedures to proactively identify, address and respond to unfavorable human rights impacts
