Charles Faigle (he/him) is Wilson’s EVP of talent solutions in the Americas. In his role, he oversees the delivery of Wilson’s award-winning talent solutions in the Americas. Charles has more than 20 years of experience in the global talent solutions industry and since he joined Wilson in 2022, he’s been instrumental in driving expansion across the Americas, especially in Mexico and LATAM. A regular media commentator, Charles also speaks at industry events across the globe. In his spare time, Charles loves to travel.
