WilsonHCG’s Kim Pope discusses learning and development strategies

The desire to learn and develop is now a key driver for many employees. As a result, many companies are transforming their development programs to ensure they meet this growing desire. 

Kim Pope, COO at WilsonHCG, has been speaking to reporters at the Forbes Human Resources Council to discuss a variety of strategies to help business leaders energize skill development among their workforces.  

Pope suggested hosting an internal career fair to give employees the opportunity to collaborate across departments and discover opportunities within the wider business.

"Internal career fairs also help to boost internal mobility, while having the added benefit of empowering employees to drive their own career paths," she added.
