Totalent: WilsonHCG's Craig Sweeney talks RPO solutions

Europe is currently experiencing rapid growth in the recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) market. A trend of clients consolidating RPO partners, as well as emerging players in the RPO space, are contributing reasons, according to Craig Sweeney, WilsonHCG's SVP of Global Strategic Talent Solutions.

He made the comments during an interview with journalists from Totalent.

"Some customers are looking to reduce the number of service providers they have. We see that coming from lots of different clients. It’s more efficient for them and gives them more control over the outcomes," Sweeney added.
