Craig Sweeney: The desire for a more holistic approach to talent is growing

Increasing numbers of organisations are seeking a trusted advisor for all of their talent needs, that's according to Craig Sweeney, Senior Vice President, Global Strategic Talent Solutions at WilsonHCG.

Craig, who leads WilsonHCG's new client development across the world, made the comments during an interview about the future of RPO with journalists at TALiNT International.

He said: "An increasing number of organisations are now seeking a more holistic approach to talent. They want a single trusted advisor for all of their talent needs. RPO providers are going to be expected to manage and advise on all talent needs and not just one segment of the workforce."

Craig spends much of his time consulting with WilsonHCG clients on global trends and workforce solutions best practices. He works alongside his team of regional experts to develop proactive talent solutions that ensure customers have diverse and passionate people to support their business goals.
