Our story

WilsonHCG acquired Profile Search & Selection (Profile) in 2020. With offices in Singapore, Beijing, Shanghai, Tokyo and Hong Kong, Profile is an executive search firm that operates across Asia.

Since the acquisition, the united mission of both companies has been to drive strategic business outcomes for our clients through proactive, configurable talent solutions. We have aimed to transform talent strategy through consultative, results-driven partnerships.
