Kim Pope spoke to journalists at the RPOA about expanding an RPO business on a global scale

WilsonHCG’s chief operating officer, Kim Pope, spoke to the Recruitment Process Outsourcing Association (RPOA) about expanding an RPO business globally.

Kim, who leads the global delivery team to develop solutions to help our clients create proactive talent acquisition strategies that fuel growth and innovation, said global partnerships are increasing in popularity and are more complex but provide RPO providers with the greatest ability to impact an organization's entire talent acquisition strategy.

"Clients approach us with a global mindset as their starting point. Although complex by nature, it also provides us with the greatest ability to impact an organization's entire talent acquisition strategy," she added.
