WilsonHCG welcomes Hiring our Heroes graduates to the team

WilsonHCG’s participation in the Hiring our Heroes Corporate Fellowship Program has resulted in two new hires. 

Shawn Daniel and Jesse Hinnant participated in the program, which is designed to help veterans, transitioning service members and military spouses find employment through management training and hands-on experience in the workforce. 

Daniel and Hinnant have since both accepted full-time roles at WilsonHCG. 

Commenting on his time as a corporate fellow, Daniel said: “I can't say enough amazing things about my experience as a Hiring Our Heroes fellow. During the 12-week program I’ve made some invaluable professional and personal connections. I want to extend a special thank you to WilsonHCG for hosting me, and particularly to John Wilson, Kim Pope and the rest of the WilsonHCG executive leadership team for this tremendous opportunity.” 

Hinnant added: “The 12-week program has flown by but is far from a blur. What great experiences with my host company, WilsonHCG. I’m looking forward to putting the experience I gained into practice.”

WilsonHCG has long been committed to providing career services to military veterans entering the civilian workforce through Operation Transition. Launched many years ago, the program is designed to provide veterans with resume writing skills, social media training, job search tips and interview skills.
