WilsonHCG’s Lesley Taylor discusses the significance of brand alignment during the recruitment process

During the talent acquisition process, asking the right questions to potential candidates is fundamental to determine eligibility and compatibility.  

Several HR recruiting professionals and business leaders were asked by reporters at SHRM to provide insights on a question that recruiters and hiring managers should always ask candidates during the interview process.  

Lesley Taylor, SVP talent operations at WilsonHCG, provided insight on the significance of ensuring candidates fully understand the company culture.  

Taylor said it’s all about attracting the right candidates rather than a high quantity of candidates. 

“Of course, this means that as an employer, you have a responsibility to ensure your employment brand truly reflects your culture and values,” she added.
