Why WilsonHCG champions employee resource groups

WilsonHCG was featured on Comparably’s list of companies with thriving and integral employee resource groups (ERGs).

Referred to internally as employee belonging groups (EBGs), they're part of our approach to fostering a safe, supportive and inclusive environment through our BRITE program. BRITE stands for belonging, respect, inclusivity, togetherness, and equity.

These employee-led groups span from the Black Wilson Network, Multi-Cultural Collective and Heroes (for our veterans) to name a few. All are sponsored by leadership to reinforce and communicate their importance to the organization.
