Kim Pope: Providing constructive feedback to all candidates is essential

Creating a good job application process for candidates is often a key priority for many organizations.

Kim Pope, chief operating officer at WilsonHCG, spoke to reporters at the Forbes HR Council about the value of providing timely feedback to all candidates — not just successful ones.

"Just because they're not suitable for a role right now doesn't mean they won't be later," she added. Pope also said you should invite unsuccessful candidates to your talent community as they may be suitable for future opportunities.
