Ken Bowles: Popular employee incentives that boost productivity

Employee incentives have always been important, but in this tight labor market, they've taken on even more prominence.

Ken Bowles, chief financial officer at WilsonHCG, spoke with journalists at the Business Journals Leadership Trust to share an example of popular employee incentives that can help to keep team members happy.

He mentioned the huge success of WilsonHCG's unlimited PTO program (launched in 2020), which has helped to boost productivity.
