Craig Sweeney spoke to Compass Magazine about how companies can find the skills they need in fast-changing markets

Craig Sweeney, Senior Vice President of Global Strategic Talent Solutions at WilsonHCG, spoke to Compass Magazine about the responsibility employers have to upskill their workforces.

He said learning and development should be considered from multiple angles, including role, industry sector and geography. There is no one-size fits all approach to career development, he added.

As the Senior Vice President of Global Strategic Talent Solutions, Craig leads WilsonHCG's new client development across the world.

He spends much of his time consulting with clients on global trends and workforce solutions best practices. He works alongside his team of regional experts to develop proactive talent solutions that ensure customers have diverse and passionate people to support their business goals.
