Craig Sweeney spoke to Compass Magazine about how companies can find the skills they need in fast-changing markets

Craig Sweeney, Senior Vice President of Global Strategic Talent Solutions at WilsonHCG, spoke to Compass Magazine about the responsibility employers have to upskill their workforces.

He said learning and development should be considered from multiple angles, including role, industry sector and geography. There is no one-size fits all approach to career development, he added.
