KIM: Part of how we've grown has been listening to clients and really what is it that helps them solve a lot of their challenges within talent acquisition and talent management. A big piece of that is globalization. And our clients come to us all the time saying, "Can you support us here? Can you support us here? You do such great work." So for us, a big piece is to continue to expand globally and then to continue to expand our kind of solution offering so we can really provide that total talent solution outside of just RPO, executive search and contingent.
