CRAIG: When should a company use an RPO is really unique to that company and where they are in their particular cycle and what they're trying to achieve. That might be a time when they're going through a business transformation and they want to think about TA as being something that might be handled better end to end across the world by a partner who's an expert. For others, it may be that they've got a really really effective internal talent acquisition function, but they hit a point in time where they've got something that's driven a really scalable need that they can't service through their own team and they want to work with a partner who they trust and who can deliver that scale for them.
