JOHN: Something I'm really proud of this year is our executive search group. We work with a lot of tech companies and in quite a few of the "unicorns." And their ability to drive not only ethnic diversity, but gender diversity from an executive level is something I'm extremely proud of this year. And I think something we're doing very very well where the companies that need to be focusing on that, they're getting results that they've never seen.
