JOHN: Every single thing we do here was someone's idea. It's a matter of how that idea evolves — there's many times where people have reached out and said "why are we doing it like this?" and sometimes you don't even know why you're doing it like that.
And from changing vacation policy, some things as simple as that because what we were doing just didn't make sense, to really the way we operate day to day — again was just all people's ideas.
