CODY: It's been quite the journey but in a good way, you know. We've learned a lot together and growing a lot together.
I mean every year it's seemed to grow and expand, whether it's geographically, client wise, additional services, solutions and acquisitions it's quite incredible looking back on it and in such a short period, and I just think everybody's always had the same mindset that we we're in it together.
We've developed a really really good culture I've never seen it before.
We're a company of doers and I don't think we'll ever change.
