Libby Herrmann, Vice President, Client Solutions at WilsonHCG, spoke to journalists at TALiNT International about innovation in RPO.
Herrmann, who partners with WilsonHCG's clients to drive optimal human capital solutions and offer insight into best practices for building effective and engaged teams, said technology is no longer viewed of as a value-add, it’s now a starting point for a lot of organisations.
"Today's buyers are more sophisticated than in previous years and some are now entering into partnerships with tech as the starting point, rather than as a value-add. They want RPOs to research which tech will deliver the most ROI based on their individual needs and they expect RPO providers to be capable of running the implementation," she explained.
"RPO providers have the expertise to assess the likes of artificial intelligence, machine learning and robotic process automation to determine which will be right for each client," Libby added
