Kim Pope, chief operating officer at WilsonHCG, has been recognized as one of North America’s top talent executives after being named to Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA) 40 Under 40 list.
The recognition by SIA, a global advisor on staffing and workforce solutions, honors the contributions of leaders in the region who are under the age of 40.
John Wilson, CEO at WilsonHCG, said he couldn’t think of anyone more deserving of this honor. “Kim has worked at WilsonHCG for close to a decade and has contributed to turning WilsonHCG into the market leader it is today. Her drive, passion, and perseverance is second to none.”
“I’m proud to have been named to the SIA 40 under 40 list,” Pope said. “I’m lucky to be surrounded by a very talented, supportive team that deserves all the credit for this honor.”
Pope, who leads WilsonHCG’s global delivery team and develops solutions to help clients create proactive talent acquisition strategies, was recently promoted to chief operating officer.
With more than 16 years of experience in the talent acquisition industry, Pope joined the company in 2010 and progressed through the ranks by continually looking for opportunities to add value to employees and clients.
She spearheaded the development of WilsonHCG's global partnerships and played a key role in multiple acquisitions, among leading other global business growth strategies.
In 2018, with a focus on efficiency, teamwork, and innovation, Pope has supported WilsonHCG in achieving its highest ever revenue and profitability since the company was established.
