--Tampa, Fla – WilsonHCG’s COO, Kim Pope, has been named to Staffing Industry Analysts’ (SIA) Global Power 150 - Women in Staffing list. This annual list recognizes the industry’s most influential female leaders.

Pope, who has more than 16 years of experience in the talent acquisition and recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) industry, leads a global team that develops and delivers strategic talent solutions for some of the world’s most admired brands. She’s played an integral role in the WilsonHCG’s global expansion and has led several acquisitions over the years with the most recent being that of Hong Kong-based Profile Search & Selection earlier this year. As 2020 brought challenges for many people, Kim committed to make WilsonHCG employee well-being a top priority. Additionally, she partnered tirelessly with clients to mobilize resources and support them through the pandemic.
She has received a lot of recognition over the years including being named to SIA’s 40 under 40 list, being named a Tampa Bay Business Journal BusinessWoman of the Year honoree and being recognized multiple times as an HR Superstar by HRO Today.
