WilsonHCG’s Craig Sweeney provides update on RPO in EMEA

Workforce planning is more critical than ever before thanks to the current talent landscape, according to Craig Sweeney, senior vice president of global strategic talent solutions at WilsonHCG.
Skills inventories should be carried out regularly, he added, so employers can determine the current capabilities in their workforces and what they’ll need to meet future business objectives.
Sweeney made the comments during an interview about recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) in EMEA with journalists from HRO Today magazine.
He also talked about the disruption businesses have faced over the past year as many had to reduce and then rebuild their workforces to reflect rapidly changing market conditions. This, he said, is contributing to more companies considering partnerships with talent providers.
