WilsonHCG’s Alicia O’Brien participating in 10th Annual Mentoring Monday event

Alicia O’Brien, senior vice president of innovation and customer success at WilsonHCG, has been announced as a mentor at the 10th Annual Mentoring Monday event. 

Hosted by the Tampa Bay Business Journal (TBBJ), Mentoring Monday brings influential businesswomen from more than 40 cities together so they can uplift, empower and support one another. 

The event will be held on Monday, February 27, 2023, at the Westshore Grand, A Tribute Portfolio Hotel in Tampa, Florida. 

Attendees will have the opportunity to meet with mentors for 7-minute one-on-one coaching sessions and 14-minute group discussions. This will help create a fun, fast-paced and energetic environment. 

Commenting on why she decided to volunteer as a mentor, O’Brien said: “I am passionate about supporting women in business. In my career, I've had the opportunity to meet and mentee with fantastic leaders that have challenged me to be the best person I can be, for my family, work family, and community. I am looking forward to paying it forward and helping elevate the potential of women here in Tampa.”
