WilsonHCG named RPO Team of the Year at The Firm Awards 

--Manchester, UK, -- Global talent solutions leader WilsonHCG has been named RPO Team of the Year at The Firm Awards for its partnership with multinational drinks and brewing company, AB InBev.

Throughout the multiyear partnership with AB InBev, the dedicated WilsonHCG team has exceeded strategic goals while providing exceptional day-to-day service. In 2022, this culminated in helping to strengthen diversity by further enhancing the presentation of diverse candidate slates. The launch of an unconscious bias training program with hiring managers led to an increase in the conversion of diverse candidates to hires, and the implementation of a new technology platform further supported diversity hiring. These initiatives were reinforced through a proactive sourcing approach with an “always-on” pipelining programme.
