Based in WilsonHCG’s center of excellence in Toronto, Bendtsen will concentrate on global strategy and expansion. He will have an additional focus on adding value and expertise within WilsonHCG’s global client portfolio.

Bendtsen brings nearly 20 years of knowledge to WilsonHCG, proving himself an expert in developing solutions and assembling recruiting teams that have helped companies expand and thrive. He has held leadership roles within some of the world’s most admired companies. Prior to joining WilsonHCG, he was head of global recruiting for Uber. Before that, he was vice president of global go-to-market recruiting for salesforce.com.

Bendtsen is experienced in recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) services, having served as a senior executive for two RPO providers. There, his responsibilities included corporate growth strategy, solution design, implementation, client management and service delivery.
