WilsonHCG expands presence in Southeast Asia 

Global talent leader WilsonHCG has further expanded its presence in Southeast Asia. 

WilsonHCG, which has a global footprint that spans six continents and more than 65 countries, has increased the size of its team based in the Philippines.  

The team in Manila will support the company’s client base across Southeast Asia, as well as other regions, to ensure organizations have access to top talent.

WilsonHCG recently announced the integration of two of its brands, Profile Search & Selection (Profile) and Personify. The integration follows the acquisitions of the two companies, in 2020 and 2023, respectively.  

Profile is an executive search firm with offices throughout Asia. Personify is an RPO provider that specializes in life sciences, healthcare, biotech and pharmaceuticals. The integration is a significant step for WilsonHCG as it continues to expand its global market presence and breadth of talent solution offerings, especially in the life sciences and healthcare industries.
