John Wilson, CEO at WilsonHCG, will take to the stage at the annual University of Tampa Fellows Forum 2023 to share his perspectives on running a global talent solutions company with the Tampa Bay business community. He will also discuss the challenges leaders face today and how to keep employees engaged during what is the most competitive job market in history.

Charles Philpott, President of US Operations, AON and Brett Hickey, CEO at Star Mountain Capital will also speak at the forum.

More than 1,000 business and community leaders are expected to attend the event, which is taking place on Tuesday, 21 February at the Armature Works.
