Use company values as a business differentiator instead of buzzwords

While it's helpful to use buzzwords, it's important to make sure they're impactful for molding your brand's identity. "Innovative" has quickly become overused to the point of losing its impact across businesses.
Ken Bowles, CFO at WilsonHCG, was interviewed by reporters at The Business Journals Leadership Trust about words businesses can use instead of "innovative." He recommended choosing buzzwords that spell out your company's value so that potential customers can make informed decisions.
He also emphasized the need to "spell out what value you could bring to a potential customer in jargon-free terms."
