Marisol Hughes speaks to reporters at the Tampa Bay Business Journal

As EVP and General Counsel at WilsonHCG, Marisol drives the company’s internal human capital management strategy, including talent growth and development, compensation and benefits, and employee relations and engagement programs. She also serves as the company’s top legal advisor.

Marisol was also recognized as one of North America’s top talent executives after being named to the Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA) 40 Under 40 list. 

The recognition honors executives in the region under the age of 40, celebrating their diverse contributions and leadership.
