Kim Pope: Incorporate micro-learning into the new hire onboarding process

Micro-learning can be really beneficial for new hires, according to Kim Pope, chief operating officer at WilsonHCG.  

In a recent interview with reporters from the Forbes Human Resources Council, Pope offered advice to companies looking to enhance their new hire onboarding process.  

“New team members have a lot of information to learn at the outset, but you can make it easier for them by breaking down the training into small, bite-sized chunks,” she added.
