How to prioritize user experience in websites and apps

User Experience needs to be top of mind when developing an app or designing a website. Speed, ease of use and aesthetic appeal are some of the most important elements if you want to keep potential customers on your site. 

The Business Journals Leadership Trust Recently invited Ken Bowles, CFO at WilsonHCG, to discuss tips on how to building apps and websites with user experience at the forefront.

Bowles suggested hosting focus groups to give participants the opportunity to spend time on the site testing the navigation, accessibility, load speeds and so on. This, he added, will ensure the site is functioning properly while also leaving time for the business to collate all the feedback and make improvements. 

“Repeat the feedback solicitation process when you make updates too,” Bowles concluded.
