Ken Bowles: How to foster a brand community

Organizations that build an authentic brand and create a sense of belonging will do better in business.

During an interview with reporters from the Business Journals Leadership Trust, Ken Bowles, CFO at WilsonHCG, emphasized the importance of engaging with brand communities regularly. He recommended creating a content calendar and tracking which formats and topics generate the most engagement.

"It's important to remember that each brand community is different, so don't be afraid to try new things," Bowles concluded.
