Global talent leader WilsonHCG publishes its 2023 ESG report 

--Tampa, Fla. -- WilsonHCG has released its 2023 Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Report, showcasing its commitment to building a more sustainable and equitable world. 

“ESG isn’t just a buzzword or a fad for us – it's an integral part of how we do business and create value for our clients, employees, investors and society. This report not only showcases our achievements but serves as a roadmap as we continue towards our journey to help build a more sustainable and inclusive world,” John Wilson, CEO at WilsonHCG said. 

Notable highlights from our 2023 ESG program include: 

• Launching several new initiatives including an employee sustainability survey and a supplier questionnaire to better drive inclusivity and sustainability.  
• Earning a Bronze medal from EcoVadis, a trusted provider of business sustainability ratings, for our efforts in sustainability, ranking in the top 24% of companies in our industry. 
• Continuing to improve the diversity of WilsonHCG’s global workforce with women now accounting for 57% of our executive team. 
• Increasing the number of hours that employees spent volunteering to 948 hours in 2023.
