    Forbes HR Council: Highlight compelling employee career stories to attract talent

    Highlighting compelling employee career stories can help organizations attract qualified, dedicated staff members, according to Kim Pope, COO at WilsonHCG. 

    In a recent interview with reporters from the Forbes HR Council, Pope said companies need to have compelling employee value propositions that reflect the needs of candidates and employees. 

    “Candidates are looking for an inclusive culture, a comprehensive total rewards program and opportunities for growth and development. Highlight these topics through your employment brand and ask your employees to share their career stories in their own words,” she added.
