On a typical day...
I reach out to potential candidates using a wide range of resources including LinkedIn, Indeed, and various applicant tracking systems, about vacancies for technology 
positions located in San Antonio, Austin and New York. I also liaise with hiring managers to talk about new positions, setting up interviews and discussing feedback.
The best part of my job is…
When you get an offer signed by the manager and the candidate. I also enjoy collaborating with my colleagues and, as I work virtually, it’s nice to see their faces when we do video calls!

I work remotely and really enjoy it because…
I can do what I need to do during the day without having to spend time commuting. Also, I am really productive without all the interruptions that you find in a typical office.
I collaborate with my colleagues in various ways...
We use messaging systems and can ping each other in real time. We also have a lot of video conferences so we get to see our colleagues onscreen and it pretty much feels like they are in the room! We can also share our screens too which helps a lot.
