What is Men of Wilson?
Every year at WilsonHCG, we run an initiative to recognize and thank the men who are innovating, leading by example, and otherwise helping to make WilsonHCG the company it is today. Employees vote for the men they think should be honored and we've been speaking to this year's winners to find out more about them...

How long have you been with WilsonHCG?
Four years and six months.
Share with us a little about your personal career path prior to WilsonHCG?
I started as a recruitment consultant and after a year, I was promoted to team lead after completing the Leadership Council Program. I also branched out and became the leader of the Diversity and Inclusion Committee. I am currently the manager of the Talent Administration Coordination team in, North America and I am loving every minute of it.
If you could be any SuperHero, who would it by and why?
The Phoenix because not only are the Phoenix’s powers unmatched, I love the idea of rising from the ashes an improved version than before, learning each time and growing ( I also have a tattoo of it!).
What would we hear if we hooked up your ‘Recently Played’ list to the office speaker?
A variety of artists. Currently Tones and I, Mary J Blige, Fantasia, Trills, Kygo and Cold War Kids.
What is a famous quote said by someone you admire?

Who had the most influence on you growing up?
My great Aunt Elonia. She was the life and soul of the party but knew how to get business done.
What advice would you give someone looking to advance into a leadership role one day?
Life is 10% what happens to you and 90% how you react to it. It’s all about mindset and perspective. Always challenge yourself and the minute you feel comfortable is the minute you need to push harder.
