The WilsonHCG Inclusion Committee is an employee resource group (ERG) that promotes an inclusive and diverse workplace. Committee members share ideas and implement company-wide initiatives to promote a work environment in which employees are comfortable sharing their authentic selves. The Inclusion Committee also focuses on raising awareness and developing strategies to help clients create an inclusive workplace.
