Erin Boomer

Erin Boomer leads the Global Talent Development Team as a senior people & culture business partner at WilsonHCG. Erin holds a bachelor’s in education and a master’s in teaching. She spent her early career in education and has since been working in recruitment process outsourcing for the last nine years across various departments and roles. She's grateful to combine her love for teaching and talent acquisition into one role. Erin is passionate about enabling skill growth in talent acquisition teams through blended and collaborative learning approaches, and advocates for strategic communication and collaboration as key drivers of a business-impacting learning strategy. When not working, Erin enjoys spending time with her husband and two-year-old daughter.
