It’s much easier to establish a strong company culture from the start versus trying to fix a culture that’s broken, so make the effort upfront and it will pay off long term. That’s according to Marisol Hughes, EVP and general counsel for WilsonHCG.
She made the comments during an interview with journalists at the Tampa Bay Business Journal about how to build a strong company culture.
Hughes also recommended companies showcase company culture and values in employment branding to attract culturally aligned candidates.
“If an organization is completely honest in employment branding, it’ll be much easier to attract candidates with the same values,” she added.
