In a recent interview with the Recruitment Process Outsourcing Association (RPOA), Kim Pope, chief operating officer at WilsonHCG, shared her insights on shifts in global hiring.
“Changes in global hiring depend on the industry and region. But, holistically, I still see skills gaps and higher demand for jobs than supply,” Pope stated.
She explained that some industries are slowing down while others are seeing a lot of movement, noting that global hiring has changed significantly over the last two years.
“What’s occurring now is more of a re-forecasting, reevaluating and then replanning,” she added.
