Offering learning opportunities to employees has long been a smart investment for many businesses as they can help to boost employee morale and loyalty.
Kim Pope, COO of WilsonHCG, spoke to reporters from the Forbes HR Resources Council to discuss the benefits of employee career growth opportunities.
“Learning and development (L&D) is now a key driver for many people when considering new roles,” she said.
Pope also recommended drawing more attention to L&D through recruitment marketing, so candidates (and not just employees) are aware of the opportunities.
