WilsonHCG’s Lesley Taylor,Senior Vice President, Talent Operations, EMEA, spoke to journalists at Candidate.ID about the team’s recent award win at the In-house Recruitment Awards.
WilsonHCG won Best Onsite RPO In-house Recruitment Team for its RPO partnership with AB InBev and Lesley talked about how the team achieved such great results in the post.
The IHR Awards honour the achievements of UK recruitment teams and the individuals that form them. The dedicated WilsonHCG team, which manages the entire recruitment process for the account, successfully reduced time-to-hire and time-to-shortlist, while significantly increasing the number of direct hires.
Taylor said she is really proud of the team on this account, and is delighted they have received recognition for their diligence and hard work.
"Everyone on the team really does go the extra mile and this award is much deserved," she added.
