Employers must provide employee mental health and well-being programs, according to Kim Pope, COO at WilsonHCG.
“We all have varying stressors, both inside and outside of work, and mental health and well-being programs can help to ease the pressure,” Pope explained.
“If people feel supported, they’re more likely to be loyal and productive,” she added.
