Ken Bowles, CFO at WilsonHCG, recently spoke with reporters from the Business Journals Leadership Trust about how businesses can make the most of their data.
“You must ensure your data is accurate and well-organized before you aggregate it into a centralized dashboard and start your analysis,” Bowles stated.
“The most important thing is to use your data to tell a story. The data should support a compelling narrative or make a case for a decision,” he added.
