Employment brand and the new employee experience | WilsonHCG

Thoughtful employment branding and a positive company culture go a long way when building loyalty among employees.

However, when it comes to employee experience – some companies are more progressive than others. Some are embracing remote cultures and mental health, while others are still enforcing the traditional nine to five, in-office work model. 

Carmen Scanlon, VP of client solutions at WilsonHCG, spoke to reporters at eCommerce Fastlane to talk about WilsonHCG’s 2022 Employment Branding Report and how people's expectations in the workplace have evolved.

“Employee experience has changed so much over the past couple of years and organizations must modernize their employment brands to ensure they align with the new employee experience.” 

Scanlon went on to explain that the fundamental components of employment brand haven’t changed, but people’s expectations in the workplace have.
