As Vice President of Executive Search, Jonathan Edwards is responsible for leading WilsonHCG's global executive search practice and team, talent development and continuous process improvement to cultivate the company's offering which includes Executive Search Outsoursing (ESO), Retained Executive Search and Executive Market Mapping & Intelligence.
He has over 12 years executive recruitment, consulting and analyst experience and previously served as Head of Global Executive Search at Red Hat, an S&P 500 technology and software company and as Associate at Egon Zehnder, top-five global executive search firm.
Jonathan's expertise includes crafting executive search strategies and driving execution for the North America, Europe, the Middle East & Africa (EMEA), Asia Pacific (APAC) and Latin America (LATAM) regions. Over the course of his career, he has led executive recruitment in a number of business critical functions including C-suite, IT, legal, sales, F&A, engineering, product, design, consulting/professional services, facilities & administration, operations, marketing, HR, as well as data science and analytics.
Phil is responsible for leading WilsonHCG's efforts in the EMEA region. He consults with clients to develop customized executive search solutions based on business need. Phil has more than 14 years of talent acquisition leadership experience.
He most recently served as Head of Executive Search for ResourceBand and, prior to that role, Phil held consultant and resourcing leadership positions at Hitchenor Wakeford and The Caudwell Group - where he was responsible for developing the business internationally and drove innovative search solutions on behalf of a diverse range of clients.
