Kim leads her team by collaborating to ensure operational and process excellence. Her forward-looking perspective inspires her team to continually evolve the WilsonHCG brand and solution offerings.
Craig Sweeney is the SVP of global strategic talent solutions at WilsonHCG. In his role, he leads new client development across the world — spanning projects across the Americas, EMEA and APAC.
Craig builds proactive talent solutions by consulting with clients and working with his team of regional experts to ensure customers have diverse, passionate people who support their business goals. By tailoring solutions to the needs of each region, he’s an integral part of WilsonHCG’s international growth.
Ken Bowles is the CFO at WilsonHCG. He has the primary responsibility of managing financial growth, accounting, finance and forecasting, as well as leading private and institutional financing.
Ken has more than 20 years of experience in corporate leadership and finance. With a robust background with roles in commercial finance, supply chain, financial planning and analysis, Ken also previously served as an Officer in the US Army supporting the Second Infantry Division and the US Army Finance School. He holds an MBA from the University of South Carolina.
Marisol Hughes is EVP and general counsel at WilsonHCG. She leads two key support functions: legal and people & culture. She drives the company’s internal human capital management strategy – including talent growth and development, compensation and benefits and employee relations and engagement – to support continued growth, innovation and profitability.
On the legal side, she and her team negotiate key contracts, assist in the navigation of mergers and acquisitions (M&A), oversee compliance and corporate governance, while supporting WilsonHCG’s foreign market entry and expansion.
Lesley Taylor is the SVP of talent operations in EMEA at WilsonHCG. She manages the delivery of recruitment solutions throughout EMEA across all industry sectors.
In her role, Lesley improves business outcomes by building strong relationships with clients to form true partnerships. This relationship-building occurs through growth-supporting programs that have led to positively impacting the bottom line and long-term, progressive solutions, rather than reactionary, transactional ones.
Nicky Newman is the director of executive operations at WilsonHCG. Tasked with day-to-day operational management, Nicky also manages business development, office administration and IT support functions.
Her ability to streamline and review processes has resulted in maximising efficiency across the organisation. Nicky's specialisations include executive search, recruitment process outsourcing and human capital consulting.
Andrew Oliver is the co-managing director of WilsonHCG in Asia. He leads the broader business and the financial services practice across multiple countries in the APAC region. In his role, Andrew also drives client relationships and manages executive search delivery across all industries.
With more than 25 years of executive search experience and leading teams, Andrew develops financial strategies for the long-term success of the organisation. Prior to moving to Hong Kong, Andrew spent four years at a search firm in London managing financial services and legal teams.
Richard Letcher is the co-managing director of WilsonHCG in Asia. He leads the broader business and the human resources function across multiple countries in APAC. He specialises in senior-level mandates across all industries.
Richard has more than 28 years of executive search experience. Prior to establishing Profile in 2005 and after starting his career as an accountant, he led recruiting accounting professionals and built out the HR practice throughout Hong Kong and China for a leading search firm.
Bobby Kelly is a partner at CIP Capital and has a broad range of experience with private equity transactions across the business services, consumer and leisure sectors.
His former roles include a Principal with DLJ Merchant Banking Partners, working in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group at UBS Investment Bank, and Director of RevSpring and CoAdvantage.
Daniel Lee is Vice President at CIP Capital and experience in investments in manufacturing, distribution and service businesses in a wide range of end markets, including industrial, consumer and healthcare.
His former roles include Vice President at Windjammer Capital and Associate at Summer Street Capital and an Analyst in Citigroup’s Power & Utilities Group.
