WilsonHCG offers an attractive benefits package to employees, including comprehensive health, dental and vision plans that are available the month following initial employment. WilsonHCG offers a 401K plan to employees after six months of service and matches employee contributions. Basic employee life insurance and short-term and long-term disability insurance is paid by WilsonHCG and additional plans are available for employees. Compensation is competitive and WilsonHCG offers opportunities for bonuses based on performance. WilsonHCG employees enjoy a generous amount of paid time off (PTO) available for use in their first year of service.
